What is modular?

Modular Building refers to a construction process where most of the work that is usually carried out at the job site, takes place in a factory.

The building is then divided into transportable volumetric modules, that are manufactured and fully equipped according to your requirements then transported to the construction site, mounted on a foundation and joined to a single modular building.

Modules can be joined horizontally and vertically without a limit. Single modules of different sizes can be used for buildings of up to 36 sq.m. Modular buildings can be easily and quickly transformed by enlarging or reducing their size and changing their layout, purpose or location.

We produce modules and modular buildings according to your individual needs. We use only solid metal constructions for module carcasses, thus ensuring the longevity and reliability of the buildings. The parameters of our modular houses comply with the technical specifications of conventional buildings.

We design and manufacture the modular building according to your requirements and choosing appropriate interior and exterior finishing, insulation and plumbing and electrical systems. Modular buildings can be designed for numerous purposes.

Technical specifications

We use solid and durable painted metal constructions for our modular house frames. Exterior and interior finishing is made of steel, wood, glass, thermal insulation using mineral wool, open or closed cell polyurethane foam or multilayered panels. Electricity, water supply, heating, ventilation and cooling systems are installed according to your needs. Modular buildings meet the requirements of conventional buildings. Modular houses can be connected seamlessly horizontally and vertically (for up to three stories) to form singular modular buildings.

Speed

As our modular buildings can be joined together without limitations, modular houses are constructed quickly and at any time of the year. Depending on the size of the modular structure, the final construction is delivered in a period lasting from several weeks or several months.
